Kellems home: a LEED for Homes project
LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design LEED is a green building certification program created by the United States Green Building Council that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. To receive LEED certification, a building project must satisfy prerequisites and earn points in eight separate categories to achieve different levels of certification.
